ProAct takes pride in its history of successful partnerships with area businesses.  With its modern 62,000 sq. ft. facility in Eagan and 40,000 sq.ft. facility in Red Wing, ProAct is prepared to assist businesses in meeting their contract production needs.  The organization also provides capable people to fill positions at employer locations.  

 

 

 

 

Community-based Employment

 

More than 60 percent of ProAct participants are working out in the community on a full-time or part-time basis.  These individuals help area businesses with collating, copying, labeling and mailing work, document shredding, document stapling, restaurant services, janitorial and light maintenance, retail services, pottery finishing services, grounds keeping duties, stockroom support and hotel and motel services. Among ProAct’s business partners are: Byerly’s, Courtyard by Marriott, Doolittles Air Cafe, Fairfield Inn, Italian Pie Shoppe, Kohl’s, Midwest Coca Cola Bottling Co., Mystic Lake Casino, Panera Bread, Plasma Coatings, Rainbow Foods, V.A. Medical Center and WalMart.

When production demands get too heavy, or when staff can be used more effectively elsewhere, you can turn to ProAct for the skilled labor that is required.  We offer inventory control, quality assurance, customer service, and competitive pricing.

Our competitive workforce, including individuals with and without disabilities, provides the highest level of training and supervision.  In addition, our production floors include the following:

- Dock areas: three adjustable height loading docks and drive-in loading areas.

- Loading equipment: 2,000 to 6,000 lb. forklifts.

- Delivery equipment: 20 and 22 foot dock trucks serving Minnesota and western Wisconsin.
