Client Services Client services begin with intake and a full assessment, part of the vast array of programs and services ProAct provides to meet the needs of persons with disabilities and other challenges.
Client programs and services include:
Vocational Programs: Short-term services are provided in either center-based or community-based work settings.
EVALUATION/ASSESSMENT is designed to identify individual skills, interests and abilities in order to determine appropriate work environments.
WORK ADJUSTMENT TRAINING assists participants in the development of effective work behaviors through on-the-job training and support.
JOB PLACEMENT services include writing resumes, interview preparation, and job search to assist individuals in attaining community employment goals.
JOB COACHING is an on-the-job, one-to-one service designed to train participants on specific job duties and to meet employer expectations.
SCHOOL TRANSITION helps students learn about career options and employer expectations through a variety of real work experiences.

CENTER-BASED EMPLOYMENT SERVICES offer packaging and assembly opportunities in industrial settings.
COMMUNITY-BASED EMPLOYMENT SERVICES (enclave/group) offers a variety of off-site group work in integrated local business settings.
SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT SERVICES (individual) provides numerous job options with companies offering participants the opportunity to earn competitive wages in integrated community settings.
More Client Services
Day Training & Habilitation: Consumers enhance their knowledge and abilities, gaining independence through a wide range of center-based and community-based employment and life skills experiences. Recreational, occupational and speech therapies are provided as well as case management services to meet the specialized needs of each individual consumer. A "Seniors" program also provides the opportunity for semi-retirement experiences.
Traumatic Brain Injury (Eagan only): Services are designed to help individuals regain their skills. Individualized programming includes employment, occupational, speech and recreational therapies, structured exercise programs, and activities of daily living, personal care and related skills. Also included is assistance in developing and regaining the skills necessary to manage these activities as independently as possible.
