PROACT GOLF CLASSIC
SUPPORTS PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
The ProAct Golf Classic returned to Southview Country Club in West St. Paul to again benefit people with disabilities.
The 18-hole event brought players to a course known by some for its excellent rolling greens. “First rate accompaniments, an exciting course and an elegant banquet facility make this event extra special,” said Steven Ditschler, president and CEO of ProAct. The venue is also convenient for many who choose to support the nonprofit through its only annual fundraiser.
The foursome scramble start tournament featured skill contests, team prizes and group photos. A live auction, raffle and gourmet dinner followed the game.
With facilities in Eagan, Red Wing, Zumbrota and Hudson, Wis., ProAct is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit corporation which has served the needs of people with disabilities for more than 40 years.

- Attend the golf tournament as an employee appreciation event or a customer appreciation outing. Since golfing is positive in building relationships, consider how this event could enhance relations with current and future clients.
- Sponsor some aspect of the event such as the lunch or dinner, or have a designated hole sponsored by your company.
