The Minnesota Habilitation Coalition (MHC) is a consortium of day training and habilitation providers that work with individuals across the state, providing a varied array of individualized work supports, as well as community involvement opportunities, therapeutic supports, continuing education and, when the time comes, supported retirement activities.

SAGES
The SAGES coalition is comprised of advocates for elderly people with developmental disabilities and related conditions from five metropolitan areas closely aligned with Minnesota. Members are parents, professionals from non-profit service originations, community educators, caregivers and friends of elderly people with developmental disabilities and related conditions. All members have equal governance duties with functions and tasks assigned at meetings.
The intent of SAGES is to mobilize the coalition to initiate efforts through seminars to effect change within the community for elderly citizens with developmental disabilities and related conditions. With this sole project as its aim, and in a spirit of respect for the wisdom that arrives with age, the coalition adopted SAGES as its name.
SAGES meets approximately once every other month.
