Outstanding Achievement Award winners

ProAct leaders nominated several staff for Outstanding Achievement Awards in the second quarter. Please read these summaries and share in congratulating these individuals:


Hannah Baker

Hannah has worked in the Eagan West office as a vocational specialist since June of 2019. She’s focused on the pre-ETS grant for employment services to students. Hannah teaches classes, assists with workplace tours, informational interview fairs and job shadowing experiences. Her passion and energy is a testimony to the success of the program.

Lori Clemens

Lori serves in Red Wing as a Direct Support Professional. She’s been inspirational during this time of COVID-19 and has worked wherever needed. From deep cleaning (scrubbing garbage cans and floors) to working on the production floor so ProAct can meet customers’ needs, she has been an example to others. Lori is selfless in her attitude and always works as a positive team member.

Courtney Horne

A supervisor in the production center in Red Wing, Courtney has been dedicated to providing top quality products and on-time shipping every day, and especially during the pandemic challenges. She put in hard work, shows loyalty and has a sense of fairness and humor with staff. Courtney has grown as a manager, individual and leader.

Stephanie Osman

Stephanie works in the Eagan East office as a Day Training and Habilitation Program Manager. She stepped up during the time when COVID-19 shut down services at ProAct. Stephanie was instrumental in working with the design and implementation of our Virtual Enrichment Classes, and when the state gave the nod for ProAct to move forward, she was ready. Her creativity, organization, innovation and passion sets her apart.
