ProAct provides employment services and enrichment programming for individuals with disabilities to enhance their lives with the help of technology.

There are a variety of enrichment and employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities in our Eagan, Shakopee, Red Wing and Hudson locations.

Our enrichment programming includes an array of programming facilitated at ProAct service locations, virtually and in the community designed to enhance and enrich the lives of ProAct participants. Available programming includes classes in fine arts and communication, communication and technology, health and wellness, science and our world, essential life skills, crafting and games, work skills development and maintenance and leisure club.

Our employment programming helps participants discover their career pathway and then prepare for the job search which may include developing their resume, participating in job seeking skills training and mock interviews. Once ready, ProAct works side-by-side with each participant to facilitate a successful job search. Once employed ProAct supports each participant to maintain their job through ongoing support services.

Technology plays a huge role in the facilitation of both our enrichment and our employment programs. Virtual programming allows individuals to participate in life skills and enrichment classes from their homes while job seeking skills classes use technology daily to teach the curriculum. Computer training is an class option for those interested and job support meetings can be conducted virtually or in-person. Without technology we cannot meet our mission nor continue to expand the services we provide.
