Count your blessings is a phrase we often hear, and we are counting many at ProAct as the year end holidays approach. It is a privilege to serve people and enhance their quality of life.
The coronavirus presented difficulties in 2020, but ProAct continues. People’s needs don’t stop because of a virus, and we are grateful to bring employment, skills training and enrichment offerings to hundreds of individuals across our service areas.

Virtual classes offered remotely have been a bright spot as we adapted to reach people at home. Little did we know that some who may have never met would become good friends after attending our life enrichment classes online.
As I see many faces on what I sometimes call the “Hollywood Squares” screens, I’m reminded that these relationships are a major part of what we do. We are the workplace conduit, a social network and a service that caters to each person.
To our participants, funders, customers and their families, we wish you a joyous holiday and Happy New Year. Thank you for your continued trust in ProAct and for believing in the people we serve.
