ProAct recently welcomed the return of Sandy’s Grill & Italian Ice with their food truck for a summer tradition that brings smiles, great food, and community connection to all of our Minnesota locations.
Throughout June, Sandy’s Grill made stops at our Eagan, Red Wing, and Shakopee sites to serve up a fun, p
icnic-style lunch experience for both staff and participants. Participants and staff from our Hudson site also made the trip out to join all their friends in Eagan. From juicy burgers and crispy fries to friendly faces at every window, the event was an exciting kickoff to the season.
Participants and staff alike were thrilled to take part in this annual summer celebration. For many, it was a chance to enjoy the sunshine, connect with friends, and step away from their daily routines for something special. The energy was high, the food was delicious, and the laughter was contagious!
Sandy’s Grill served hundreds of fresh meals across three days, helping make each picnic stop feel festive and memorable. ProAct is grateful for their continued partnership and dedication to making these events so enjoyable year after year.
