I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful it is to be working with you and your team! I can sum it up in one word, PROFESSIONALISM. Cindy is on time, communicates with Nate regularly, and is organized.
Nate looks forward to Tuesdays — he is at the door waiting for Cindy 10 minutes before she is due to arrive. Listening to Nate and Cindy engaged in conversation while sitting at the kitchen table – a very adult skill, makes me proud of his progress and thankful for Cindy. With Cindy, I hear Nate laughing, being proud of his accomplishments, and always excited for her visit because it is always filled with wonderful experiences. I am so glad that you had a spot for Nate. Thank you.

Nate had a few rough staff in the past and it is so refreshing to hear that things are looking up for him. They have said nothing but GREAT things about ProAct and Cindy.
