ProAct board chair offers financial expertise

Arleen Sullivan, a chief commercial client services officer with Old National Bank, is serving as chair of the board for ProAct, Inc. for the 2021 fiscal year.

“I am pleased to have Arleen Sullivan’s experience in lending, finance and team management to help the organization during financially challenging times,” said ProAct President and CEO Judie Foster-Lupkin. “Her broad experience and regional business knowledge will continue to provide wisdom to ProAct as we move forward.”

The board chair has been with Old National Bank (previously Anchor Bank) for 17 years. Sullivan, who has her office in Eagan, manages teams across Old National’s entire five-state footprint, where she guides responsive and client-centered commercial banking support.

Over the past year, she played a key role at Old National in administration of the Small Business Administration’s Paycheck Protection Program, which assisted 9,800 businesses over her multi-state area with loans ranging from $300 to $10 million.

Before moving to Minnesota, Sullivan worked in commercial banking in Oklahoma City and New York City. She earned a bachelor of arts in economics from the College of Holy Cross in Worcester, Mass.

Sullivan has been active in her community with the Eagan Rotary Club, Dakota County Regional Chamber of Commerce, Eagan YMCA and Eagan Foundation. She and her husband make their home in Eagan and have three adult children.
